I have nine years of experience teaching writing, theater, language classes, and, on one likely never-to-be-repeated occasion, “River Studies.” I've taught classes to students as young as eight and as old as eighty-eight, undergraduate freshmen, international students, and students who've taken non-traditional paths to college.

I've taught in bilingual classrooms, virtual classrooms, classrooms that double as theatrical rehearsal spaces, and exclusively Spanish-speaking classrooms in the Dominican Republic. Currently, I teach in Columbia University classrooms as a Lecturer-in-Discipline for the undergraduate writing program and privately tutor writing of all genres.
